A computer meltdown a week before Christmas? Enough to fill the stoutest heart with misery. But thanks to Martin I now have a new PC, with all data recovered and up to date software installed. Endless patience, painstaking work - I can't thank Martin enough.

If there was no Martin I would still be wasting time (days, thanks to the uninvited interference of a Facebook software update) trying to get my Blackberry to synchronise with my Outlook diary. I had spoken to Vodafone (hopeless), been transferred to an incomprehensible technical helpline at RIM and frankly had given up...and then I remembered Martin. I came away with a phone that's sorted and a calendar that synchronises. Hoorah for Martin! Oh and he patiently put up with my fidgeting and well-meaning-whining whilst persisting quietly in finding the solution. I am very grateful. Good man - use him!

I am really delighted with the website Martin has designed for me. He involved me throughout the process and made many helpful suggestions regarding the content.
Martin was readily available to assist me in resolving any difficulties I encountered. I was impressed by his patience and reassurance never making a drama out of a crisis!. I have no hesitation in recomending Martin's Helpdesk to my friends. Thank you very much.

Martin kindly saw me at short notice to help with an issue with the sound system on my new PC. He quickly identified the problems, and also gave me some very useful information concerning the best type of headsets to use with voice recognition software. He was friendly and helpful, and I wouldn't hesitate to call him again for any future issues. I'll also be recommending him as and when I get the opportunity.

Dear Martin! Thank you so much for saving all my very precious data from my brand new but somehow damaged Iomega hard drive, I know it was not easy and take you some time to get everything off from the drive. All my data safe and sound now and I backed it up. This is the second time I used your services, with a good faith! I do not hesitate to recommend your services to anyone who have any problem with they computer or hard drive!

As an elderly technophobe I was very reluctant when my son proposed that my sluggish computer needed to go off to his brilliant computer wizzard in Bristol! However, I'm absolutely delighted with it and everything is SOOO much quicker, that it's a pleasure to use! Thank you, Martin (the wizzard!) for all your hard work and despite my initial reluctance to have change forced upon me I'm now delighted Steve made me use your service. I'll never be anxious about contacting you again (but hope it wont be too soon for both our sakes!).I know you found it in a terrible mess! Marion

Martin does exactly what's needed to keep my business moving, no more and no less. I understand what he says (no incomprehensible IT twaddle) and he's always straightforward about what he can do by when.
